We are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund for damaged items. To begin the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please note: Custom orders and specialty items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during shipment.
